Who is affected:
All users of the "HAG" shared hosting accounts.
What will happen:
The FTP server has been moved on to a different server in order to be more efficient. Please make sure you are using the host "ftp.koumbit.net" when transferring files (and not, for example, youraccount.koumbit.net).
Why:
For a few months now, the files of the shared hosting are on a dedicated file server. Since then, the FTP server was working over NFS. This is not very efficient.
How:
We have pointed the alias "ftp.koumbit.net" to the new server (doso). The old FTP server is still active (although it was broken for a few days), but should not be used and may stop working without prior notice.
