Who is affected: 
Users of the shared hosting (HAG), some dedicated servers (SP, oxfam QC)
What will happen: 
An power strip will be replaced, which will require the shutdown of all servers connected to it.
Why: 
The power strip is not managed, that is it doesn't allow for remote reboots and power management.
How: 
The servers will all be shutdown and then booted on the new power strip.
